Welcome to Galaxy App (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our application, website, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Nature of the Services
Galaxy App provides access to digital tools including, but not limited to:
- Automated trading bot services
- Signal generation tools
- Strategy generation tools
- Market and trade analysis tools
These tools are provided for informational and execution assistance purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
3. Per-Use Charges & Pricing Model
All tools within the app operate on a fixed per-use charge model, unless otherwise stated at the point of use.
3.1 Fixed Tool Charges
- Trading Bot
- Signal Generator
- Strategy Generator
- Analysis Generator
Charges are deducted at the time the tool is used, regardless of outcome, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2 Trading Bot Fees
- The trading bot has a bot usage fee, charged per use.
- A separate trading execution fee may apply.
- The trading execution fee is only deducted if a trade is successfully executed (if trade wins).
- If a trade does not execute successfully (i.e if trade fails), the trading execution fee is automatically refunded back to your wallet.
- The bot usage fee remains chargeable regardless of whether a trade is placed or executed.
4. Automated Decision Logic
The trading bot uses the Galaxy Advanced Engine, which analyzes:
- Market conditions
- News sentiment
- Technical indicators
- Other relevant data sources
Based on these factors, the system may determine that market conditions are unfavorable and choose not to place a trade.
Even in such cases:
- The bot usage charge still applies, as the charge is for system utilization and analysis.
5. Account & Execution Responsibility
- All connected trading accounts are correctly configured
- API keys, permissions, balances, and credentials are valid and accurate
Failures caused by incorrect or incomplete account details do not exempt you from applicable bot or tool usage charges, even if trade execution fails as a result.
6. Tool Dependencies
Some tools may require that a signal is generated prior to accessing or using another tool. Applicable charges will apply separately for each tool used.
7. Wallet, Credits & Payments
- Users may fund an in-app wallet or purchase usage credits.
- All charges are deducted from available wallet balance or credits.
- Wallet balances are non-transferable except where explicitly enabled within the app.
- Fees, once applied, are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
8. No Guarantee of Results
- Profits or favorable trading outcomes
- Signal accuracy
- Market performance
Trading involves risk, and you acknowledge that losses may occur.
9. Prohibited Use
- Misuse or abuse the Services
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit system logic
- Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
12. Amendments
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
